This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you provide yourself by filling in the contact form:

  • your name;
  • your e-mail address;
  • your phone number (optional field);
  • the subject of your enquiry;
  • the text of your message.

The time the enquiry was sent is recorded together with it for technical reasons. We do not use any visitor tracking, profiling or advertising tools on this website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for one purpose only — to reply to your enquiry and, where necessary, to continue the correspondence about possible collaboration.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you give by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us by e-mail; withdrawal does not affect the processing carried out before it.

4. Retention period

We keep enquiry correspondence for no longer than 2 years from the last contact, after which it is deleted. If an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, the data is kept for the period required by law.

5. Recipients of the data

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes. Technically, the data may be accessed by:

  • the website hosting provider;
  • the e-mail service provider through which the enquiry message is delivered.

These providers act as data processors and process the data only on our instructions.

6. Cookies

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies on this website. Only strictly necessary cookies are used, without which the website would not work properly:

  • a language preference cookie (when you use the language switcher);
  • session and security cookies related to spam protection on the contact form;
  • login cookies — for site administrators only.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • request its rectification;
  • request its erasure;
  • restrict or object to the processing;
  • receive your data in a structured format (portability);
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to kristina@ancutaite.lt. We will reply within 30 calendar days at the latest.

8. Complaints

If you believe your data is being processed improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (L. Sapiegos St. 17, Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt).

9. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and change the update date at the top.
